These Terms of Service govern your use of faithovermyfeelings.com and your purchase of Faith Over My Feelings, Digital Edition. The store is operated by Sanaz Toghian, publishing as Selah Stone Collective. By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

The product. Faith Over My Feelings, Digital Edition is a digital product: the complete 121-page devotional delivered as a full-colour designed PDF. Access is provided immediately after your purchase is confirmed. No physical book is included with this purchase.

Personal-use license. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download, read, and print the devotional for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, forward, email, publish, upload, sublicense, place in a shared or public file repository, or otherwise make the file available to any other person, in whole or in part, and you may not use it for any commercial purpose, without prior written permission. Each reader must purchase their own copy.

Intellectual property. All content on this site and in the devotional, including text, design, and images, is the property of Sanaz Toghian and is protected by copyright. Scripture quotations are from the ESV Bible, used by permission, all rights reserved.

Payments and pricing. Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged at checkout through Shopify's secure payment processing. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, though changes never affect purchases already completed.

Refunds. Because the devotional is delivered immediately after purchase, all digital sales are final, as described in our Digital Product and Refund Policy. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded.

Not professional care. The devotional offers spiritual encouragement and biblical reflection. It is not a replacement for professional mental health care, medical treatment, pastoral counseling, or other qualified support.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the devotional. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted on this page applies to your purchase.
